One occasion when you are attempting to place an order and place a check in the appropriate box it doesn't place that order in the cart. The problem is typically with your cookies.
Please try this and then attempt to reorder.

2) Reopen your browser and delete the cookies.
3) Go back to www.dickkramer.com and reorder.
