General comments about making a purchase

• Step one-registration. If you have not made a purchase since January 15, 2006 you will have to register again.  Registration will take place during the "new order" process
  
• Even when you have registered your cookies will have to be turned on and active (they must have been on since your last visit and not deleted or reset) 
  
• When you select a Kramer Studios' print the shopping cart will display in the upper part of the left frame. You will register or sign-in when you are in checkout. The sale has a number of intuitive steps that should be easy and straight-forward.  

Specific steps in making a purchase 

1) Click on the thumbnail and a larger version of the print will appear. 

2) Your OPTIONS are displayed below the print with checkboxes. A checkbox must be selected before you select "ADD TO CART"

3) Once you select "ADD TO CART" the shopping cart will open in the upper left portion of the left frame. (there is also an option in the cart to clear or edit your order). 

4) Once you have completed all of your purchases, select "CHECKOUT"

5) During checkout you will register and provide the required information or sign-in. When you return to do another purchase you will be asked if you have purchased with Kramer Studios before; if yes, use your email address and the password you assigned to sign in (if you forget your password it will be sent to your email address if you select that option). 

6) The rest is fairly standard shopping cart fare- to include shipping options- all done securely and automatically.  

• Shopping cart tips . . . The cart will only appear when you have selected an item for purchase- it will be at the top of the left frame.
  
  
•  Limited Editions- you should first select the appropriate checkbox and then select "Add to Cart" (you will not be able to process the order without following these steps) an error message will require you to "go back"
  
  
• All Kramer Studio prints provide the option to have them handsigned and handsigned with a personal note from Dick. A text box is available when you are making the purchase- merely add in that text box what you want Dick to write on your note if that was a selected option
  


• Regular prints- select "Add to Cart" and your order will appear in the CART located at the top of the left panel You may also modify your order once you go to "Checkout"
  
  
• You may also establish an "account" if your desire- merely follow the instructions- this will allow you to return to the site, enter your username and password and your shipping and billing information will appear
  
  
• You may sign up for information about Dick Kramer artwork by using the "Subscribe to Newsletter" text box on the left panel and selecting the "subscribe" radio button. You will not be spammed or will your information be furnished to third parties
  
  
• Do not expect newsletters every month- they will only be sent out when there is something new to report
  
  
• You may "unsubscribe" using the same box- merely checking that appropriate radio button.
